Full-price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved returns are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged

Be free of stains, odours, or other signs of use

Have all original labels attached

Be returned in the original packaging

Returns & Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Velissau cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Processing Returns

Once received and approved, returns are processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges are shipped once stock availability has been confirmed.

Store credits are sent by email and are valid for 12 months.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
